What is Remuneration? or Compensation? or ?
In HR Practice,
What category would you use to cover:
- wages/salary
- reward/recognition
- benefit
- compensation
- wages/salary structure
Is there any synonym for Remuneration or Compensation (as a category)?
I’ve been searching the net, and couldnt find one… it will be helpful if someone can direct me using a links or other resources.
I would call it “Compensation and benefits”
