confused whether to stay in my current company or move to another.?
I was unhappy working for my current company, I'm running because of the experience and I am gaining knowledge. Hard work, but was not considered until I applied for another company. Then, when my colleague in the same department resigned, I was promoted and at the same time, another company that previously applied for accepting my request. the current company is growing, I understand how loyalty is important and I want to be part of that growth, but poor management is the motivation of employees like me. The other is internationally recognized as offering an incentive a little higher, good package compensation. Where should I put my future?
I would stay with their current employer. Just got promoted. Wait a while you might get adjustments salary and incentives. Do a good job. Be a superstar. Make the department grow and to do so. Peace and all kinds of blessings!
